We reserve the right to revise service pricing at any time. However, pricing changes will not apply retroactively to services already purchased within 12 months of payment.

Interior design documents will typically be delivered within 10–14 working days of the initial consultation, unless otherwise agreed (e.g. Fast Track services).

Renovation and sourcing timelines are subject to change based on third-party availability, site access, supply delays, and unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for project delays outside our reasonable control.

7. Design Accuracy and Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements, photographs, and relevant room details
• Checking all dimensions and item suitability before purchasing products
• Hiring appropriately qualified tradespeople to implement any design recommendations

Floor plans, mood boards, product lists, and any visual documents are for illustration purposes only and may not be to scale.

We are not liable for:

• Out-of-stock products or price changes
• Colour discrepancies between screens and physical items
• Errors or outdated information from third-party retailers

8. Property Sourcing Disclaimer

Roberts Renovations Ltd is not a regulated financial adviser or estate agent. Any sourcing support or property introductions we provide are intended to assist with research and investment decision-making only.

You are solely responsible for:
